Customer Reviews

Good fit and quality BUT it has a urine like ...Good fit and quality BUT it has a urine like odor. The odor has diminished over time, but still there. Shipping is too expensive to return. 2Seems to be good qualityGot for my husband and he said it's the best quality belt he's ever owned and seems to really like it so far. Other belts have cracked and the "leather" coating worn off in a short time. So don't feel like I can give it 5 stars until it's passed the test of time. 4Did I mention that the leather feels like plastic? It's not supple at allI needed a dark brown belt on short notice, and figured I'd save a bit of money (this belt was only $15.99 when I bought it). I'm typically the sort of person who is ok with spending a bit more on better-made stuff if it lasts longer. I figured that for less than $20 I'd get a few uses out of it, right?Nope. I've had the belt for just about 3 months now and it's already cracking. There are vertical splits in the leather coming off the belt holes. There are belts I've had for over a decade which gracefully age, creasing a bit, but never, ever cracking. Did I mention that the leather feels like plastic? It's not supple at all.Only worthwhile if you absolutely can't afford anything better. 1Excellent QualityExactly as described. Slight imperfection under the "hood" of the belt but totally cosmetic and not noticeable 5I really like these belts - they're cheap and the look good ...I really like these belts - they're cheap and the look good - but I've found that the finish to the leather starts peeling after a year or so.Also, I'd order a size or two up from your pants waist size. 3A nice looking belt, good for the money, but does not compete with more expensive options. For the price, it's a pretty decent belt. It looks like the picture. The leather is corrected grain, as you can probably tell from the picture. I was looking for something inexpensive to wear with some shoes I got in light brown "walnut", and this one in "cognac" matches pretty well. It's maybe a little darker, but close. The belt is leather laminated, which means that there is a liner inside (plastic I think) with 2 pieces of thin leather stitched around it. Compared to one solid piece of full-grain leather, a laminated belt is stiffer and less durable. Made in China. That's pretty standard at this price.Bottom line: it's good belt if your'e on a budget. 4Very nice quality!Needed a belt that wasn't too expesnive for my son. It was well-made, nice quality, only other thing worth mentioning is that the cognac color was a little more subdued and trended towards a tannish brown rather than the orangey brown that you think of when you're looking for cognac , but it still looked fine overall with his cognac-colored shoes. 5Good BeltI just received and started wearing this belt, and I really like it. In fact, I have bought two more. I have a 38" waist as far as pants sizes go, so I bought the 40" and even the 42" belt.Although a little stiff and thick, especially when first received out of the box, the feather-edge design makes it very comfortable because the edges of the belt are flexible. It holds pants up well and with comfort. The leather of this belt also has the typical, sweet, pleasant odor of fine leather. After all, the manufacturer, Florsheim, makes leather shoes so one would suspect that it has access to fine, genuine leather. The only reason I am giving a rating of only 4 stars is that I do not, as yet, know how durable it is, but I do recommend this belt for purchase. 4La tabla de size es m s peque a de lo que promocionanNo me gust ! Tengo m s de 10 cinturones todos son #40 y me sirven, ese es mi size, pero lamentablemente para mi, su correa #40 no me sirve, deben revisar sus tablas de size, NO ME FUNCIONO CONFIAR EN USTEDES, estoy m s que DISGUSTADO. 1Don't buy on Amazon. Very poor products.I bought this belt on Nov. 9, 2015 and it is literally falling apart. It is stamped genuine leather right on the belt.It certainly does not look like leather. I have had leather belts that lasted 20 years, and this one fell apart inless than 6 months. I would like to have $16.69 returned. The worst of it is that the Florsheim company soldthis product. This is a disgrace to them and to Amazon Prime that will not refund my money for this item. 1
