It arrived in two days and even though the size chart link says size small is for 4-7 year olds the hat and shirt are small enough to work. The package says the small is ages 4-6. The pants are much too large for a 3 year old. They look like they're about size 5. So I will use some of his own pants and it will still look good. The quality is good. Looks like the picture. Color combo is great for a wood elf look. I like the dark green poly velvet of the hat and shirt. The hat fit 3 year old perfectly; the edge touching the top of his ears. He doesn't have a big head so not sure how well this will work for older kids.
