The large is much larger than the medium sizing, so I had to alter it a bit to make it fit my Grand Daughter, but she will have some "grow room" now. Definitely a good purchase! 5The overdress fabric was actually very nice, but the fit of the overdress was HUGE ...For the price, this was okay. The underdress reminded me of a low thread count bed sheet, a bit rough but of decent fabric weight. If you wash it before wearing, it will shrink some and require ironing before wearing. The overdress will not shrink, so the lengths will be quite different. The overdress fabric was actually very nice, but the fit of the overdress was HUGE by comparison to the underdress. I had to use a bunch of safety pins to cinch it in the back, and it was still big.
