No more falling glasses!These are doing just what they should - keeping my glasses on my head. Throughout a normal day at work and home I don't really need these, but when doing work around the farm it is good to know my glasses won't slip off my head every time I lean forward or look down. You can adjust as tight as you like and they are comfortable. Also, I remove mine if I won't need them for an extended time and have been able to attach and remove the same one several times so far and it is still snug on the eye glasses. Good buy! 5Works fine for my family.My parents and I all wear glasses. I got these for my mom mostly, because she uses two, one for computer and one for driving. She loses them a lot. My dad have to take off his glasses to view the computer, he places them on the table or shirt pocket, and had lose them on the airplane. So I found it's a good buy for aging parents.Pro:They are comfortable, easy to connect to the phone. We experienced no drops so far.Con:It does make it thicker around the ear than before. 5Made of a stretchy material which can be good. HoweverMade of a stretchy material which can be good. However, it will not stay on the ear piece well as it stretches and slips off. I could perhaps tie a string around it to keep it from sliding off but will live with it as is. It does not happen that frequently as I check it regularly and re-adjust. 4Grip arms well, a bit longer cord desirableI'm generally pleased with these sunglass/eyeglass holder straps (especially considering the very economical price). The cord straps are stretchy and seem durable and likely fast-drying, while the sockets at the ends hold the ends of the glass arms securely and snugly. The clip to adjust the length of the cord is a useful feature. However, I find that on me, the glasses hang only just a bit below my collar bone with the cord fully extended (I am not a small person - were the cords two inches longer the length would be ideal fully extended). This, however, is my only real caveat regarding this otherwise fine product. 4Works great for glasses and AirPodsPurchased these for my husband's glasses. He often has to switch from normal glasses to computer glasses for work and he said it is so much easier because sometimes he steps away from his desk and has to look at someone else's computer and realizes he forgot his computer glasses. Also, the other day he was saying he wished his AirPods had a string because when someone interrupts him to talk he has to take them out and is worried about setting them down. I suggested he try one of these straps - and it worked! Now he can take them out and just hang from his neck. 5Worked Great During Ski TripHolds very securely onto the temple tips of my prescription glasses. I used it during skiing and didn't have to worry about dropping or losing my glasses. It is also convenient to have my glasses hanging down at chest level when I am not using it. I don't have to worry about holding it in hand, putting it my pocket, or clipping it to my shirt and worry about it slipping out and dropping it on the ground. The size of holder around your neck can be adjust by the retainer clip on it. 5work fineJust the right length I put them on with electrical tape so they don"t pull off. You have to use your brain once in awhile if your worried how it looks with black tape you have bigger issues than them pulling off your glasses. 5Love these!For the money, this was a great buy! My hubby didn't like these because his thin glass arms fell out, plus the ribbon is thick and interferes with hearing aids..... 2So-so. Strap IS comfortable around neck area, but keeps slipping off all my reading glasses, once given the slightest pressure.So- so. "Mensa-Menz". Strap quality around the neck IS good: sturdy, comfortable, with a wider width than some other types that enables this positive feature. Strap length is a tad short, but that's minor -- and just matter of taste. The Key problem for me, and a constant one, is how these attach, and hold, the glasses themselves (or don't). They keep slipping off when given the slightest tension-- such as every time I take glasses off my head. Figure it this way: the design is elastic oriented. Once put under stress-tension, off they slide. What's worrying me is that these haven't yet been exposed to sun or heat; and that's not looking good. The jury is still out, however. Not sure if another style of grip (loops) will be any better. Of course, I moved the elastic grip further up on the eyeglass ear pieces, to try to catch the earpiece edge -- but no dice. Another concern: how will these fare with a Bluetooth headset. While everything's a compromise, worrisome. To be continued... 3
