Super comfortable, not itchy, well madeSuper comfortable (not itchy!) and fits well. I'm 5'8" with a 41" chest and ordered a small (I usually wear a medium but these shirts run long). Length is great. The chest is snug but not overly tight. So far I've only worn it once but the quality appears great.[Edit]After heavy usage traveling, hiking and at the gym this shirt continues to impress. The shirt is on the thicker side compared to other Merino wool shirts I've purchased but remains cool. I've put it through pretty heavy use in the first month and it shows no signs of wear. Highly recommend, 5Exactly as expectedThis is not my first Merino wool shirt but it certainly is the best. The weight of the fabric, the feel of the fabric, the length of the shirt, the color of the shirt, the way that it stays cool in the heat, the seams, the drape, everything about this shirt is perfect. (Black Large) "I Love It" = 5-stars, right?Most Merino garments are made in China and do cost less. That's nice. I do not have much against things made in China as long as the quality control folks make sure you get what you are paying for. My '365' was made in New Zealand and, not knowing the folks doing the quality control, I felt it was worth an extra $19 to be assured the product IS 100% virgin Merino wool.Fit: Most Merino under layers I've seen are shaped for men with 6-8 pack abs, I'm not that guy. I'm 39" 39" and a large was perfect fit. (5*)Color: The color is really attractive, more of a very dark charcoal. I love it. (5*)Workmanship: Stitching is great. Double where it needs it. (5*)Comfort: It's wool. You know the folk claiming if feels great? It's wool. On you skin. It doesn't get itchy like my "Made in China" "Merino" sweaters but it does have a quality that reminds you it is not cotton. Not itchy, not scratchy but still... something about it tells one it is wool when you get hot. I wouldn't wear it sleeping. (4)I've washed it 3 times and it still looks great. I hate it when I have to wash it 'cause it means I can't wear it until it dries. (5) 5Substantial, warm, looks greatThis Merino 365 shirt is substantial and feels good. The "Digi Camo" grey pattern works exceptionally well with a wide variety of 2nd layers, from half-zips to button-down shirts in a wide range of colors. The "TV screen test pattern" look in the photo doesn't fully convey how the shirt looks in real life, which is a bit more coherent and elegant.I bought one, and liked it so much that I bought a 2nd from Kid Winter. We'll see how durability stacks up against fabrics like the Corespun nylon/merino mixes, but I treat my wools gently. 5Doesn't get stinky but does get itchyThe first time I wore it it felt fine and smooth like a cotton t-shirt. After washing, however, it feels a little itchy. Maybe some fibers were dislodged in the washer. 4Love the softness of it and slim fitLove the softness of it and slim fit. Although I have a thicker neck and it is pretty tight around the neckline almost to the point that it's too uncomfortable to wear, only reason it didn't get 5 stars from me, your mileage may very though if you have a thinner neck 4Kinda scritchy and kinda extra longI wear a men's size medium and the length of this shirt is longer than average. It fit just fine around my shoulders, chest and waist, but the length is extra long for no good reason. Unless you're tall and skinny this shirt might fit you a bit oddly.In addition to the length, the shirt is kind of scritchy. Before I wore it out, I wore it at home to try it on and after a couple of minutes it started to itch. After another five minutes I needed to take it off. So I wore it with a tank-top tee underneath, which sort of defeats the purpose of me buying the shirt. I've read online that washing it with liquid lanolin helps. And wearing it often to soften it and loosen the wool fibers is another solution.It seems to be well-made but I'm unable to give an opinion about durability. I'll update if it gets less scratchy. It would get four stars if it wasn't scratchy.The extra length of the shirt also knocks a star off. 3Soft, good fitReally like the color (a jet black) and the fit. It's XL and in the realm of a typical XL, I think it runs on the small side though not too small and the length is just right (I'm 6'4", 230 if that helps). Very soft. And I like the length of the arms, short but not too short. 5Great shirt, wool is not itchy and there is ...Great shirt, wool is not itchy and there is no wool odor. Fit is as expected, I am 6', 180lbs and a medium fits great in the "slim fit " style. Sleeves are slightly shorter than average and the shirt is an inch or two longer than average. Overall a very pleased with the purchase. 5Fragile, tore while I was putting it onI initially liked this shirt as a baselayer. It s not too scratchy and fits well. Unfortunately after wearing it on and off for about three months it tore while I was putting it on. I wasn t doing anything special, just pulling it over my head and ripppppp! I would say I wore it an average of one day a week under my work shirt.Super disappointing longevity here, and my return window has closed on Amazon. I ll probably reach out to the company to see if I have any luck. Perhaps I just had bad luck, but I d be wary of this garment. 3
