Great find, for combo dance class with jazz/ tumbling/ yoga, easy to clean,Great for the beginner jazz tap ballet combo class at the right price. They are canvas (as mentioned in description) so can not be wiped clean, but would probably go in the washer just fine. Otherwise, I'm returning my pair because they run large. My daughters feet measure not quite 6.5" long so I ordered a 10 and they are just really big on her. 3My daughter loves them, and that's what's mattersGot them for my 4 year old who started taking ballet lessons. She was thrilled when they came, but they were too big for her, but she was so happy she wouldn't let me exchange for a smaller size.So far she used them only 6 times, and already lost one of the elastics, and so insole is starting to come undone. Very poor quality 1Leather reinforced toes are the best thing everI bought these for my almost 3 year old to begin some pre-ballet work with her. I can t compare fit of the shoe, as this is her first pair of ballet shoes.The construction of the slipper is great. They re durable, and holy cow, the leather reinforced toe is the most brilliant innovation I ve encountered. I ll be ordering a pair for myself to replace my old pair that I ve had to fix the toe twice on.The elastic on these is pre sewn, which is a huge pro to me. I m sure someone else is more picky about their arch elastic, but ready to go slippers is huge. 5Very good qualityI didn't know what to expect, but these ballet slippers are very well made. I got them for my son, who has an average foot width. The drawstring gave the slippers a perfect fit. They do fit close to street size. I figure he won't really be doing ballet class after this year (it's a beginning dance class), more gymnastics, so my daughter will eventually wear them. They will hold up....as a dancer for many years I can tell. 5Still great after 6 months! Like new!These are very cute and fit perfectly, they still fit and are still in great shape, she dances in these at least an hour a week! I would have expected to buy another pair by now, I love how durable these are. I have washed them several times, and no color fading or damage. I just put them in mixed loads, and air dry. I wouldn't be shocked if these will last another full year! I have told many moms about this specific brand, because of the price and the durability. In past years, I would spend triple the amount, and at least twice. The item is as described, fits perfect to the size you pick. My daughter wears a 4 in regular shoes, so I ordered a size 4 ballet shoe. Perfect. I know some brands you have to order a bigger or smaller size for ballet shoes. I would advise ordering you child's actual shoe size *give or take a half size* 5Good value for the priceI have purchased a few of these for my daughter. Some ballet shoes have different sizes but this particular brand fits true to size (my daughter wears a size 3 and was able to wear a 3 in these shoes). We like these as the straps cross so they stay on better than a single strap. The reinforced toe is a nice feature as well and did not show too much wear. My daughter has not been doing ballet for long but her first pair wore out after about 8 months. However, these were a reasonable value considering the price and the amount of wear she put on them, 4Smelled REALLY BADGot these slippers when they were $1.00. I needed a backup plan for my daughters Christmas play. They arrived on the date expected. Unfortunately, they smelled extremely bad. Had a very strong odor of mold or mildew. Smell was so bad, it made my daughters entire room smell bad... I didn't bother letting her wear them in the play. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! 1
