    High Quality Drivers Cap With Slightly Longer Stiff BillHusband likes it. He normally wears a large which is about a 7 and this fit perfectly right out of the package. There are no snaps on the sides but could be adjusted by pulling or loosening the tabs on each side to make slightly bigger or slightly smaller fit. The stone color is great and my husband liked the "sandwich bill" as it keeps the sun glare down and looks cool. He's been wearing it every day this week and has thanked me about three times for it so guess I got a bingo with this cap. Quality of material is exceptional. 5Good summer or travel capMG New Sandwich Fashion Ivy Newsboy Hat Cap (Stone)The MG Sandwich Fashion Ivy Newsboy Hat Cap is a nice fusion between baseball cap and newsboy hat. The bill is longer than typical newsboy caps which is effective at blocking out sun, and the looser and lighter canopy helps keep things cooler in the heat, and avoids flattening down hair as do baseball caps. Being adjustable, despite being a little more loose fitting than similar-sized baseball caps, it is easily adjusted down without becoming too distorted.The fabric is light and airy enough for keeping cool in South Florida summer, and keeps its shape well enough to wear without being too top-sided.The only distortion of the cap happens when the side adjustments are tightened too much, causing the two sides of the cap to pucker out on each side. I didn't quite like this, but because I use this hat primarily in the summer as a way to shade from the sun, this didn't matter much to me.Overall, an inexpensive cap that looks good enough and serves its purpose well.Pros: inexpensive, provides a generous visor in a newsboy-like styleCons: adjustment causes sides of cap to pucker out 4Excellent hat.The only thing more amazing than the hat itself is the price. I've bought $50 similar duckbill hats that do not look as good. I plan on wearing it in the tropics on a vacation but I am a bit afraid the light color get dirty. So I ordered another one for back up just in case. The hat looks like it is made extremely well. It isn't a pure white, but an off white color. I do wish it came in other colors. However, I did order the black one as well so now I have 3 of these hats. HI love this hat and showed it to a friend who tried it on. He immediately ordered one for himself. I highly recommend this hat. 5Get this hat!This is my first Ivy Cap. I've attempted to purchase others, but every time I'd put it on it was too heavy, or too goofy looking on me. I ordered mine in Spring knowing Summer was coming, so I wanted one that was light and airy. This hat is perfect. It fit just right, right out of the box. It even looks good backwards (which is how I wear mine most of the time.) What I like most is this cap doesn't get too hot for your head like a lot of other ivy caps I've tried on before.I would definitely recommend. I'm thinking about getting the other colors soon! 5Neat style and it fits perfectly.It is a novel style that looks good on your head (not too out there, just slightly unique). There is a little room for adjustment, but mine fit perfectly out of the box. I was a the cusp of a large, and thought it might be wise to get an extra large. I am glad I did not, as the large fit me comfortably. The hats are very well made, (I bought two, and both were perfect) and the material should wear with character. I have washed mine in the washing machine (cool water, gentle cycle) and hung dried them, and they came out perfect. 5There are good hats. There are great hats. There are even incredible hats. And then there's this one....The questionnaire on Amazon asks "How does this product fit?" And the only response I could best choose is "Fit as expected." But it's more than that: it fits like it was meant to be on my head, and I certainly wish I'd known about this hat in particular YEARS ago. This is the one hat I virtually never leave the house without, and any place that tells me to take it off, I walk away and refuse to do business with. I've owned this particular hat for almost 2 years now and it still looks and feels as good as the day I got it. I feel bad for even mentioning this per review because it's like a secret I'd like to keep to myself, but if anyone is actually interested in this hat, let me tell you, it's one of the best; if not THE best I've ever owned.Sadly, its look might not appeal to many people looking for a hat similar to this one, but in my experience with this hat I've received nothing but compliments, outstanding comments, and even an angry boyfriend tugging his girlfriend away because she was so enamored in how I looked with the hat on. My only problem with this hat is on nights out and when people want to take pictures, photographers beware, this hat is not flash friendly. See, on the sides of this hat there are reflective bands, which fooled me, since I thought they were some sort of streamlined design of gray stripes just to break up the silhouette, until countless photographs (and unintentional photobombs) later, the hat would always reflect massive amounts of light off of it. In normal lighting it seems to be fine, like in the sun, no problem, but flashes and intense concentrations of light directly in the hat's direction create some pretty crazy anomalies, making this hat even more brilliant to my personal experience.This mishap and occurrence of light happened so often, and me being the only person I know who wears this around town locally, that my friends began joking that the light coming off the hat was not light reflecting off of it, but evidence of my own spiritual aura making its existence known. Well who am I to disavow or argue against a compliment as profound as that?With all seriousness though, the hat is incredible. It fits better than I'd like, which is practically perfect, and even if it's too big or small, you can adjust the size with the buckles on the side. The buckles can hit against your ears and that can get pretty annoying but I've either gotten used to it or it doesn't happen as often to bug me, because this hat is ridiculously comfortable. Somehow, it keeps cool enough to wear during summers, and I live in Tucson so it gets pretty hot, but this hat somehow holds up with still being comfortable enough to wear in the god awful heat we get here.In a not so distant future, I plan on buying another one of these even after having the one I've owned for almost 2 years now. 5Wore this every day on vacation!Great looking hat and very comfortable. It's a very white white, so it goes with most other colors real well. The fit is very comfortable and it adjusts on the side in a cool, non-goofy way. The hat is very cool (temperature) and doesn't get my shaved head over-heated. I've gotten a few dirt stains and cleanup was simple with only some hand soap and warm water. The dry time is quick as well. I've only had the hat about a month, but so far so good regarding its wear. The material is thin though, which relegates this to a summer/fair weather hat only. Oh, the bill is extra long, longer than other similar hats and more like an old-fashioned baseball cap. This is very handy and keeps the glare away real well. Can't say enough good things about this hat, especially for the price. 5VETERAN APPROVEDBeing a retired US Army combat veteran, I loved wearing my beret hat in the service but it was made out of dark wool and too hot to wear in the summertime. This is the perfect, low profile and lightweight cap. I ABSOLUTELY love the design! 5PUUURRRRRRFECT 4 SUMMER!I presently own two VERY WELL made leather Dorfman Scala Ivy Caps and LOVE them. I always get compliments and they are real head turners. The only issue is that I live in Hawaii and the cap, being made of leather, often makes me perspire like a dog. Hence my search for a "cooler" cap. This one fits the bill. It looks great and actually lets my head breath - it's definitely much cooler. The shipping was very expeditious as it came a day early and was packed satisfactorily. Hat's / Cap's off and a solid FIVE STARS to the Seller and Amazon as usual. 5Excellent Fit and Classy LookI have a number of these in various colors. They're old school, but I'm an old (72) British heritage guy, so they're great. I have caps like these from other manufacturers, but none fit quite as well nor look as good while wearing them. Actually, they're not just "old school," because I've seen a number of young hipsters around my city wearing similar caps. I've never washed any of them in a washing machine, but I put them in a sink to soak for a few hours, and then squish them around, shake them out, put them over something round (shower control?), and a few hours later, they looking good and ready to go.If you're a little shy about wearing them at first, take up golf. Anyone who plays that game will wear anything:-) 5
