I followed that advice via I ordered these in bigger-listed size than I need, that way these fit fine. The price is right. These feel like they need suspenders though, they slide down even-though the elastic waist is tight. So after I tried these on, I ordered suspenders to keep with these rainpants. 4US size or European size needs to be stated.The product is made with good material but too short from the crotch to the waist. The seller does not offer a prepaid return label. 3Five StarsAs described, but wish it had a waist string or tie. 5Very good for the priceGreat product for the price. These rain pants would probably be too hot to wear in warm weather as it does not let air in. However, that is not important for my needs. When I commute to work on rainy spring and fall days, the rain comes in almost horizontally making umbrellas almost useless. That's when these pants are perfect. It's inexpensive enough that I do not worry about what happens to it. And it keeps out the cold rain and wind. Overall quality is good. The material is like a soft, thick plastic material. One down side is that the crotch is a little small so it slides down. I recommend wearing suspenders to ensure the pants do not slide to far down. 4But sweaty legs I don't like. And they didn't last long they wear and tear to easy mainly the pocket areas. There are not the greatest but least they was some what cheap.
