Kinda cheapAlthough the little girl that received this absolutely loved it I found it to be cheaply made. The butterfly wings and the wand are not very sturdy though, so little ones have to be careful because they can bend and come apart pretty easily. The butterfly wings have glitter all over them, so beware of this if that is an issue. The glitter comes off easily and gets everywhere. That being said, my 2 year old little lady loves dressing up and dancing around in this costume. It makes her feel like a princess. Oh, and the wings are a little big for her. I'm not sure if it's because she is only 2 or because she's tiny. But I wrap the strings around her shoulders twice and it works out fine. 4Cute costume, great price!Really sweet cost gym. My 2 1/2-year-old daughter work for Halloween. She is about 35 pounds and 38 inches tall, so the tutu was just fine. The straps on the wings were a little bit big but I was able to adjust the straps so that they fit around her arms properly. Overall, good product, good price and definitely something that your daughter would be able to use for dress up days as well as Halloween. 5Cheaply madeThis was poorly made...the skirt is too big for my toddler also but that is not too big of a thing...the materials used are cheap looking and feeling flimsy. The wands broke immediately after playing for 1min because they r shallow inside. The wings material is like sheer pantyhose and got runs all over also immediately. The tutu is nice and fits relatively well. 2Nice Fairy CostumePurchased this for my two year old to wear to an outdoor festival. She's petite, so the wings were a little loose, but we tied the elastic arm loops in the back with some string for a better fit. I was impressed with the wings' construction. They held up well for an afternoon of running, tumbling and tantrums, without bending out of shape or tearing. The trailing ribbons on the wand did not fare so well. They were hot glued on, and were pulled off in a matter of seconds, but the kid is a whirlwind of destruction. The tutu's construction was a little messy looking with a raw edge at the top, but for the price, I'm not complaining. I purchased the purple set and my daughter received the pink set from a friend. Well constructed and great value. So much fun for her. Ordered the 2T/3T set. Wing straps and skirt are both big for her. She is 37 and 28 pounds at 2.5 years. Skirt does not fall off her and wings were easy to clip together, so sizing is not an issue. I like that she can grow into the set. I think the set would accommodate a variety of differently sized toddlers.Only complaint is the glitter from the wings (and wand) comes off easily. I had to vacuum the carpet after the first use, because of so much glitter falling off. I took the set outside and knocked off as much glitter as possible after that. May try some sort of spray to try to keep it glued on. For the price, though, I m not disappointed.
