The cup part for breast is good where it holds yet not too tightly though the band that cups around the inner part of the breast is a little tight . If I were to order again I'd order up a size. So if you're in between sizes like me, I would suggest to go for the larger size but if you're consistant in your size, I'd suggest to stick with that size unless you have large breast you may be comfortable going up a size. 3Givesnew meaning to "tight abs"!Smaller than expected overall and VERY tight! Read the new material about possible damage to internal organs before purchasing and consider moving up a size. I am a B cup and this does not have adequate room for me, even after I recently lost 30 lbs! Fabric is scratchy even after several hand-launderings. Very warm - beware if you are peri- or pre- menipausal as you could very quickly overheat. I wouldn't buy this again, but if you want aggressive compression, the warmth of a bottom layer, and some shapely bust definition (often lacking in these garments), this product would answer those needs. Just be careful of the sizing. 3Not too snug!I do enjoy these camis with jeans or pants. I learned that they can't be worn with dresses as they have a tendency to roll up at the waist!
