Didn't return so don't know how that goes but I would make sure if China maker that they have valid USA return address for you in case of return. She took care of my concerns and always got back to me within 8 hours, sometimes much sooner. In the end, we were both disappointed that I could not keep the dress. I felt like I had let her down since she had been so helpful along the way. She advised me on fit. She seemed to be going by a different size chart than either of the ones on the order page, but her size recommendation for my measurements were right on.The dress was a standard size close to my measurements and fit just as expected. But, the built in bra was a problem for me. I am large busted, and did not like the idea of wearing no bra. But, I tried it and the dress did not fit right or look well that way. I am in mid-life and have had numerous children, so I do need support. With the bra, I looked unnaturally bulky on top, more like a linebacker. There is boning, also. The added bulk was not what I needed since I am big-boned and broad enough on my own. I think the dress would look well on someone with a more delicate frame and who is not overweight. I am proportioned but am overweight.One more problem: From photos, it looked as though the back neckline would fall about 4 inches below the jewel neckline. It actually fell much lower. Not half-way down, but more than a third of the way down my back. That created some problems for me but someone else may not object. I am not sure that there was a style variation from the photo. I am guessing that it was the age-old problem I have of necklines falling lower than expected on me because of my shorter torso. The dress was a bit long in the bodice and would have needed altering to fit me. So, if you are longer- waisted and not thickly built, this dress could look lovely on you. I am 5'4" and the dress had plenty of extra length. It would have needed to be hemmed.I was not wild about the color of the dress. It was called 'Burgundy' but was more of a red shade with some pink undertones. Not the deep wine color on my monitor's display. I do not look well in red, so that may not be a problem for others. I had a good experience with the company, no problems like some of the reviews I have read. I have to wonder if some of those are biased reviews because someone ordered a custom dress and was not allowed to return it or didn't have a valid reason, etc. I felt more comfortable going through Amazon and did not have any real problems.Be aware that the shipping charge to get the dress to you fast ($25) is, of course, not refundable. Custom dresses are not returnable. A reason must be given for your return, and Snowskite must 'approve' your return. There is a list of legitimate return reasons to choose from and expound upon. All is done through Amazon to protect your credit card information and email since this is a company in China.4
