For the price, and look of the tutu, it was better than things I was finding in the store. However, when I received the tutu, it was smaller than I thought it would be. It merely covers your hips. (It is a 3 inch band of elastic with toole attached). Also, I ordered "yellow". It was not yellow. It was more of a citronella/neon green type color. I had to return it, it did not work for what I needed it for. 2One Starit was not yellow. It was GREEN!!!! 1Not yellowTutu itself is fine, but what we received was not yellow.
